Handmade Pieces: No, but if an item arrives damaged we will work with you on making it right in a manner that is fair for both of us!

No, we currently only ship within the USA.
Handmade pieces are usually completed and shipped within about 1-2 weeks. Sometimes, however, custom orders may take a few more days. Although unlikely, these times can be delayed due to weather conditions that slow down the drying process, or other events out of our control. Should any issues arise that would cause a delay we will do our best to notify you. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. All handmade pieces will require your signature upon delivery.
Merchandise and apparel will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Delivery for these items usually takes 3-5 days.
Yes! We don’t mind providing process pictures upon request. Furthermore, we provide digital mockups of all custom orders. Here is our general process: Simply specify your desired customizations using our interactive and advanced product customization form. Within 1-2 business after we receive your order we’ll provide you a digital mock-up for you to review and approve. You will be allowed up to 2 revisions for your mockups. You will need to approve your mock-ups before we proceed.

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all handmade pieces and merchandise/apparel. Rad, I know 🙂
Yes. Every piece we make is handmade to order and customizable. If you don’t see something that works for you just contact us with the details and we’ll try and make it happen!
Sometimes we may have ready-to-sell pieces. However, these pieces are as-is and do not include any customizations. We will usually announce this on our Instagram page or via email. You can subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of our homepage!
We use an oil based polyurethane UV protectant clear coat. You also have the option to skip the clear coat if you prefer a matte finish.
Since everyone’s armorry is different, you will need to trace and cut the foam yourself once you receive the gun case. With every gun case you will receive a product tag giving you insight on how to approach the process with cutting the foam.
That all depends on how you choose to place and trace your items that will be going into the case.
If you mess up or just want to re-do your foam cuts you are more than welcome to purchase another foam block. Simply contact us if you would like to purchase another.
We provide 3 key fobs and a card to access the case so we recommend putting the spares in a safe place. We will also provide a product tag that suggests to change the batteries out for the RFID often, which is super easy to do.
If your gun case struts go out you are welcome to purchase another set. I will also provide easy instructions for the installation process. Simply contact us if you would like to purchase another set.
YES! All our handmade products are handcrafted by us here in Arizona, USA. The majority of our other products and materials are sourced from local USA vendors as well.
